Dear Researchers,
A large application was made for International Erzincan Symposium. First of all, on behalf of organizing committee we express our gratitude to your interest. About 900 abstracts were evaluated by scientific and organizing committee and 400 of them were eliminated. About 500 abstracts were accepted and topics and the authors of them were given in our web site. Also, related authors will be informed soon. The reasons for the rejection of some abstracts are; either they are not Erzincan-themed or some similar studies have been already presented. Due to large application it is inevitable for us to reorganize already announced calendar. Also, we kindly ask all participants to pay attention to following.
Symposium Organizing Committee
- Full text of the accepted abstracts should be sent until June 25, 2016 at the latest to sempozyum@erzincan.edu.tr. (Those which are sent after this date will not be included to symposium program) – CAUTION -: Our mail server accepts file attachments up to 5 MB size. To send larger files; use a cloud server ex.: google drive, yandex disk or ms onedrive.
- Full text should not exceed 15 pages including attachments and they should be written in Microsoft Word format according to academic writing rules (abstract, introduction, method, findings, suggestions, result, discussion etc) also authors should obey writing rules given in symposium page.
- Full texts of the accepted abstracts will be included to symposium program after evaluated by scientific committee.
- Whether the accepted abstracts will be presented verbally or as a poster will be determined after the evaluation.
- Undertaking will be asked for accepted studies.
- Accommodation expenses of the presenters will be met.
- Abstracts will be published after the symposium in 2016.
- Only first author’s name was given in the accepted abstracts.

- Please print the UNDERTAKING file, fill the form and sign it in handwriting then scan the form and save on your computer.
- You are kindly requested to transform the scanned form into PDF format and write your own name to the filename.
- Use “upload undertaking form” button below to add your signed and saved undertaking file.
